Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Followny offers monthly and annual subscription plans that renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal from your account settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew.

Tools Passes (one-time purchases)

Followny also offers time-limited Tools Passes (for example, a 24-hour or 7-day pass). A pass is a one-time, non-recurring purchase — it never renews and never charges you again. Access to the tools begins immediately after payment and ends when the pass expires. By purchasing a pass you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that, once the pass has been used, the purchase is non-refundable except where required by law. A pass covers the tools surface only; it does not include tracking or report subscriptions.

Automatic renewal & cancellation

Your subscription is a recurring charge: it renews automatically at the then-current price for the plan interval you chose (monthly or annual) until you cancel. To cancel, open the Stripe customer portal from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law. Price changes take effect only with advance notice, consistent with our Terms of Use.

Service interruptions

Followny reads public data only. If Instagram changes or blocks a feature and a capability becomes temporarily unavailable, that is not a defect in Followny and is not grounds for a refund or chargeback.

How to cancel or request a refund

Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal in your account settings. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us through our support page at /support and we will review it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. All sales are otherwise final except where required by law. Please contact support before filing a chargeback; abusive or fraudulent disputes may result in account termination.
