How accurate is it?
Comment counts are lower bounds from a capped recent-post sample. Likes are also a partial sample, because Instagram caps and shuffles the likers it returns; both are labeled as sampled data.
Can it show who views my profile or stories?
No — and neither can anyone else. Instagram never exposes who views a profile or a story to anyone but the owner. Followny only reads public engagement (comments and likes) on posts.
Do I get the names of the top fans?
