It's saved to your dashboard, and if we detect a change on that account we'll email you. Unlock a plan to see the full change report. If you don't upgrade, a free scan is kept for 30 days and then deleted.

Profile Scan is an analysis report of one public account — its following makeup, recent follows and followers, and content themes and engagement; you can also choose to track that account's changes. Vibe Match compares two public accounts' feed mood, interests, shared following, and relationship signals to show a Bestie or Crush score with a read on the relationship. Main Character is a character report on your own public profile, surfacing an archetype and sub-characters from your feed energy, content, and following patterns.

Can I pause instead of canceling?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In Settings → Manage Subscription, choose Cancel subscription → "Taking a break" → Pause my plan. Billing stops immediately and you move to Free access for up to 90 days, but your saved baselines and history are kept. Your plan auto-resumes after 90 days, or you can Resume now from Settings anytime to pick up early — no re-setup. You can still cancel completely while paused.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. From your account settings you can switch between Solo, Pro, and Max. Upgrades take effect right away with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep the plan you paid for until then.

Yes. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. To stop renewal, use Cancel subscription in your account settings anytime — your plan then runs to the end of the current period and does not renew.

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes. On the login page you can continue with Google in one tap, or use an emailed magic link instead — whichever you prefer. Both sign you in to the same Followny account when they use the same email, there's no password either way, and we only ever receive your email address from Google — nothing else.

I didn't get my magic link email. What do I do?

Check your spam folder and make sure the email address is correct, then request a new link. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us through the form below — or sign in with Google instead.
